Product Availability: All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but in some cases, certain items may be temporarily out of stock. We will notify you promptly if any items in your order are unavailable.

Pricing: The prices displayed on our website are in INR and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify prices or cancel orders if there are any pricing errors or discrepancies.

However, we also offer free shipping on special occasions as part of exclusive offers. During such times, we will provide you with a coupon code that you can apply at checkout to avail of the free shipping offer. Returns and Refunds: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CarBonker. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and offer either a replacement or a refund*, subject to our refund policy.

Items Base price worth 4999 & above (excluding taxes and fee) to be non refundable at all times , only Replacement allowed in case of Faulty Product delivered ; Video evidence of the faulty product When received to be submitted in given time period.  Upon satisfactory analysis of the evidence , company will initiate replacement (IF satisfied as per company norms ), Company reserve rights to deny or accept any claim at their sole discretion. 

Only in case product is not available in market for replacement for a period of 30 Business Days, company may initiate Partial or Full refund, which depends on Clear Video evidence submission by the customer.  Post Deep analysis of evidence , when found satisfactory as per company norms , Any refund ; Full or Partial (excluding taxes & Fee ) will be initiated.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must notify us within three days of receiving the order.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error
